On Sunday mornings, we gather together at 10:00am for a time of worship that involves singing together, preaching God's Word, and a time of remembrance through communion. The gathering of the church is not limited to our four walls. If you can’t join us in person, we’d love for you to tune in online!

A Celebration of Pastor Lou

Sunday, December 21
As Pastor Lou enters retirement at the end of the year, we want to celebrate him and all the ways his ministry has blessed our church. Join us after the worship service for refreshments and an opportunity to share words of appreciation in a time of celebration.
Christmas Eve Candlelight Service

December 24 @ 4:30pm
Join us for a warm and peaceful Christmas Eve Candlelight Service as we celebrate the hope and light of Christ.

Thank you to all who have shopped or donated! Because of your generosity, we are excited to bless SIX families this Christmas! There are a couple of volunteer opportunities coming up in the next couple of weeks that we want to share:

First, we are going to be wrapping gifts on Friday, December 19th at 10:00am-Noon. If you enjoy gift wrapping and connecting with others while listening to Christmas music, this is for you!

Next, we would love to have a few drivers who are willing to load up their cars and drop off gifts at the home of the families on Sunday, December 21st at 1:00pm. If you are willing to help in one of these ways, please sign up by clicking the button below!

Growing at The Grove

Coffee Break has concluded its fall session and will resume again in late February. Feel free to reach out to Donna Koenes with questions.
Vicky Zupancic’s Grove Group meets on Mondays at 10:00am. New members are welcome! Email Vicky with questions. Please note that this group will be on break after Dec. 15 and will resume on Jan. 5.
The "Under 40" men's group led by Michael Huber meets weekly on Thursdays at 7:00pm.
The "Seasoned" men's group led by Dave Pluister will resume its biweekly Tuesday evening meeting on Dec. 9.
Please reach out to either of these men with questions or to join their groups!
The Sunday morning Adult Bible Class is led by Michael Huber and meets every week at 8:30am. They gather in the 4th/5th grade classroom and are continuing a study on St. Paul’s letter to the Thessalonians. All are welcome!
Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped with the Thanksgiving Food Drive! We collected 100 bags of food from the neighborhood and our pantry has been well stocked, with the extra food going to the Westchester and FISH Food Pantries. We are still collecting gently used or new clothing donations, mostly for men but also for women and children. Thank you for your generosity in support of this ministry! Celebrate Recovery is a faith based twelve-step program designed to help individuals overcome hurts, habits, and hang-ups. This recovery ministry incorporates Biblical principles based on the beatitudes with the primary focus on the ultimate healer - Jesus Christ. Celebrate Recovery is a safe, non-judgmental environment for anyone to find freedom from addiction, trauma, depression, loss and other challenges through God and others. Please note that we will meet on 12/18 and then on Tuesday, 12/30 before resuming our regular Thursday gatherings at 7:00pm on January 8. All are welcome. No advance registration required. We invite you to join us for fasting on Wednesdays, culminating with a gathering for prayer at 7:00pm at the church. Here at The Grove, we want to be a people that intentionally seeks the Lord's favor and will. A group also gathers to pray in the flex room on Sunday mornings at 9:30am. Email Jean Schue or Lou Bury with questions.
Grove Playgroup has meet-ups planned for every other Thursday morning! We invite all parents and caregivers to join us. Location and any last-minute communication are shared via email and text message, so please join our contact list below if you're interested!

God is doing amazing things here at Grove Kids, and we would love to see you join our team! It's such a privilege to help shape the hearts of these kiddos, teach them about Jesus in a personal way, make connections with them, and have so much fun along the way.
